Work is really slow today and half my department is gone. So I took a loooooong lunch and decided to look for some t-shirts. I recently went through my dresser and threw out a bunch that were too small (shrunk) or crappy (Old Navy) or old. My favorite jeans have an unfortunate low rise, so I need shirts that accommodate that — that are long. For I am modest.
Anyway, because I am bored and I know you give a crap, here’s what I got:
From Banana Republic, this shirt in white. It’s kind of sheer. I also got some thin cotton camisoles to layer under it, or under other stuff.
Also from BR, this scarf. It’s lightweight and will be nice to wear in spring. They had many colors and patterns but I decided on the neutral ticking stripe.
From Gap, this nice dark blue pullover. It’s part of the Product (Red) campaign, so part of the profits go to charity. But WTF is up with that hat, CC DeVille?
These pants. I fucking HATE buying pants. I always feel very short and fat, even though I am trying on size 2 and size 4. My body is weird. But these ones are okay, I think. For some reason they are sold extremely wrinkled. Oh, Gap.
Finally, also from Gap, this black t-shirt. Comfy and long. Sadly, I couldn’t find many other t-shirts, but then I remembered that lately I have been drawn toward more interesting tees with prints on them anyway, so I should look at places other than Gap and BR.
THE END
Productive Shopping is Goooood.
