I got new sunglasses yesterday. They are green.
I am wearing one of my favorite t-shirts.
Today Brian and I walked to Tully’s on Cole and had coffee, did a crossword together. Then Brian said he needed a better pillow, something with “memory foam”. So we headed downtown on the train, straight for the home department in Macy’s, which is the only part of that store that I like. We got some new pillows and sheets. It was all “on sale”, but you can’t fool me, Macy’s, I know you pretend to do markdowns to entice people to buy. But it’s cool. White sheets were needed. I haven’t bought new sheets in years.
On the way back we were surrounded by people who had been to the parade, wearing green beads and hats. I kind of forgot to wear green… but my bra is sort of green, gray green…?
In other lingerie news: We ran the Roomba through the house this morning and it tried to eat one of my favorite pairs of black lace panties. BAD ROOMBA!! I saved them, though. They are just kind of dusty.
Gotta keep an eye on that roomba.
your hair looks great. cute sunglasses.
I’m wearing my green RL corduroys that I was too fat for for 3 years and then once i fit into them realized they’re only good once a year.
Thanks bb.
Heh. Yeah, green pants. Not easy to pull off, pardon the pun.
Yes, Macy’s cannot fool us!! The only thing I’ve bought from there so far was a really great smelling candle, on “sale” for $11. How is the memory foam pillow?
Cute sunglasses! What does the shirt say? I can’t read the tiny print.
The new pillow is great, we each got one 🙂
The shirt says “Embarcadero to Glen Park” which is actually wrong — the J Church goes to Balboa Park!
Quite nice, not just over all but each thing in it’s own, the shirt, the glasses, and I especially like the hair.
We are both married so I will not be commenting on the panties, but I’ll be thinking it 😉
This all makes me smile, the whole telling of your understanding of Macy’s schemes and the Roomba’s poor behaviors and you look darn pretty too!
(catching up, after returning from Portland)
I totally saw J church (the band) yesterday and it made me think of you in this shirt!
I can’t believe they are still around!! wow.
I thought how neat to have a train line named after you. Mom
