Okay so I made this coleslaw and feel better than I did earlier today.
I used a dressing recipe from my Martha Stewart cookbook, it’s yogurt-based with some mayo. Also: green cabbage, a carrot, a green apple, and some radishes. Purty simple. I love salad and I have never tried to make a slaw before. There’s a ton of it, too, and the dressing mellows by the second day, apparently.
Before eating it, I am going for a RUN!
