I fear we may be stuck inside all day. But not because of snow, which is now completely gone. It has all been washed away without a trace by the buckets of sideways rain now falling on the peninsula. The grass that was buried under snow yesterday now looks tired and flat. The clouds are uncommonly dense, producing the effect of casting the morning into a discomforting dimness that will probably linger all day.

At least the cable/internet is back up, for now. But having said that, there’s a real chance we might lose power today. Wheee!
