First of all, I built the second IKEA end table. Our living room furniture will finally get here Tuesday.

Then we went to the nursery and I bought tomato seeds and starter pots, which I placed in the kitchen window.

I also got a rosemary plant.

I did a bunch of vacuuming and stuff.

Then I thought, hey, I’ve got this mixer

and this cake dish

and all these cookbooks and flour and sugar and mixing bowls on the shelves Brian built last weekend

How about some oatmeal raisin cookies!

I found the cake dish for $18 at an antique store nearby. It’s gorgeous.

It rained all morning here but it’s sunny now, so we are going to christen our new gas grill tonight.
