Today was idyllic. I want to go back outside again! It’s eight o’clock and our front room is flooded with sunlight. The sky is a rich, unreal shade of azure.

Also I am in love with the two big blue shiny machines that wash and dry my clothes. They are so quiet.

I am listening to the A’s game on my computer, they are dominating the Red Sox.

Dessert tonight will be: angel food cake + berries + vanilla bean ice cream.

I’ve made a bit of progress on organizing my office.

Awesome day. We even rode our bikes.

Oh and yesterday was great too: got to hang out a bunch with Whitney, including a trip to the rural thrift shop where I got three 50-cent paperbacks, and this resin bangle for $2.49. These types of heavy plastic bracelets are kinda trendy at the moment and sometimes sell for $$$. It was a nice score. Whit got some rad weird artwork, a bud vase with a deer on it, and a bizarre tiny wooden plaque with two figures of dog heads stuck to it.
