Tonight while washing the dishes, one of the drinking glasses slipped out of the rack and bounced, then smashed on the floor. Crap, I thought. My favorite glasses, the ones with little etched fish that we got as wedding gifts over three years ago. Surely Crate and Barrel doesn’t still sell them…?

Wait! They do!! Yay.

They do not however still carry our dish pattern.

Dinner tonight: Couscous salad with chicken. I subbed tarragon for dill and added pine nuts. It’s still chilling in the fridge but I know it’s gonna be good and it sure is nice having a big pile of leftovers to start the week.
